The term inclusions is used often in advertising or building terminology.
An inclusion is a feature or product or finish included as part of the price of a build. An example of a feature included are high ceilings (higher than ‘standard’ height). An example of a product inclusion could be ducted air conditioning. An example of a finish inclusion could be stone benchtops.
In most cases the inclusion is part of the base or advertised price. Anything ‘extra’ is considered an upgrade.
Selections and “colours” are the opportunity for customising your new home and often lead to upgrades.« Back to Glossary Index
